You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all-natural ingredients, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens. The Opportunity: What We're Looking For: Possess a sense of urgency Team player mentality Enjoys working in a high energy, fast paced environment Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas Must be 18 years or older to use our mixer and food processor Position Responsibilities: Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods Making & managing fresh dough made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders Clean as you go What We Offer: Training for each of the necessary skills, no restaurant experience needed Weekly Pay Free pizza Wage increases, based on individual skill Fun and professional work environment Flexible schedule - day and evening shifts available Career growth opportunities
