All while understanding that together we are even better. /n /n/n /n Schedule: Per Diem /n /n/n /n Shift :Days /n /n/n /n The community you'll be caring for : 1 ADVENTHEALTH WAY, Palm Coast, 32137 /n /n/n /n The role you'll contribute: /n /n/n /n Performs CT and MRI imaging procedures. Assist Radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies. Maintains records of examinations performed. Obtains and documents patient clinical history. Performs darkroom, clerical and transport functions. Participates in standby call. Performs basic patient care with scope of practice and to departmental standards. Assists in Radiology Department as needed. Responsibility to adhere to the Florida Hospital-East Region Corporate compliance plan, to the rules and regulations of all local, state, and Federal agencies, and to the standards of all accrediting bodies. /n /n/n /n The value you'll bring to the team: /n /n/n /n/n /n - Performs CT and MRI imaging procedures. /n /n/n /n - Positions patients and equipment and selects technical factors to produce procedure images and data as needed to meet radiologist standards. /n /n - Sends images to QC station and then to PACS and archives images. /n /n - Enters patient demographic information into logs and system. /n /n/n /n - Transports, lifts, moves and positions patients as needed to obtain images, transport patient to/from department, table or as otherwise needed for patient care. /n /n/n /n/n /n The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: /n /n/n /n Minimum qualifications : /n /n/n /n/n /n - Must be a graduate of an approved A.R.R.T. program with current A.R.R.T registration and Florida license in Radiography. /n /n/n /n - Two years CT/MR experience required. /n /n/n /n - CT/MR registry may be used as experience. /n /n - Registry in CT and MRI is also preferred. /n /n/n /n - BLS required. /n /n/n /n/n /n Preferred qualifications: /n /n/n /n/n /n - Associate degree /n /n/n /n/n /n This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
