Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-time opportunity is available in Jacksonville,
FL, for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to lead an elementary
self-contained ESE classroom. This role requires a professional
skilled in managing diverse learning levels and exceptionalities,
providing tailored instruction to meet the unique needs of each
student. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing
individualized educational plans within a self-contained classroom
environment. - Promoting curriculum goals while effectively
managing and moderating student behaviors. - Collaborating with
school staff and families to support student development and
success. - Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
in compliance with educational standards. Qualifications and
experience: - Florida certification in Special Education (ESE) is
essential. - Valid Florida certification in either K-6 or PreK-3
General Education. - Proven experience working in a self-contained
special education setting, demonstrating the ability to balance
curriculum objectives with behavioral support. - Strong knowledge
of early childhood and elementary education approaches. - Excellent
communication and organizational skills. Position details: -
