A full-time, contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across elementary, middle, and high school grades (K-12) in Jacksonville, FL. This school-based role focuses on providing expert guidance to educators within self-contained programs, enhancing outcomes for students through strategic behavioral support. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teachers in K-12 self-contained classrooms to improve behavioral interventions. - Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform strategies. - Provide recommendations, modeling, and assistance with data collection to support instructional staff. - Monitor and adjust behavioral plans in coordination with school personnel. - Travel to multiple school sites within the district, ensuring consistent support and coverage.
