You'll be part of the team of leading experts in the Life Sciences
environments who pride themselves on core values of grit,
integrity, ownership, and innovation. Engineering develops
innovative solutions that make an impact out in the real world. You
will lead a team of technical experts to engineer solutions for
mobile and modular laboratories and equipment in the Biopharma,
Biocontainment and Pharmacy industries. Apply technical and
leadership skills to create expert environments that can be
deployed around the globe. - Support internal and external
customers throughout project and product life cycles to meet time,
cost, and performance targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE
FOLLOWING:
- Lead the engineering team in the design and development of new
products, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry
standards.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies, policies, and
practices to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase
production efficiency.
- Lead the research and development of new technologies and
materials that can be used to enhance product functionality and
quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales,
marketing, finance, supply chain, service and manufacturing, to
ensure product designs align with business goals and
timelines.
- Manage the engineering budget, ensuring resources are allocated
effectively to meet project timelines and milestones.
- Monitor and maintain the appropriate resource balance including
talent development and succession planning to support the company's
growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,
including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to stay
abreast of industry trends and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and
guidelines.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team,
fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous
improvement.

to inspire and motivate a team of engineering managers, engineers
and engineering technicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the
ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions
that address complex technical challenges.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet
deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a
team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to
learn and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the
commercial impact of engineering decisions and strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on producing
high-quality work that meets or exceeds customer
expectations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the
ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex
technical problems and improve processes.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering leadership
roles in the design and build manufacturing industry.
- Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in
biosafety/biocontainment laboratory equipment, mobile laboratories,
or modular laboratories, is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in tools / principles
related to product design, development, and manufacturing.
- Proven track record of delivering products on time, within
budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Demonstrated success in applying Lean principles in an
engineering environment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's
degree preferred.
- Professional Engineering License
