What You'll Do Engage your skills in a broad array of responsibilities: Masterfully set up and handle manual and conventional machinery, including lathes and mills. Analyze and implement requirements from blueprints and technical drafts. Employ precision tools to scrutinize and confirm product quality. Uphold cleanliness and organization, strictly following safety protocols. Work alongside your peers to diagnose machining hurdles. Innovate and contribute to the development of machining processes. Thoroughly document production processes and maintain detailed logs. Requirements for the Role Completion of high school or equivalent; a machining certificate is a plus. Proven expertise in roles comparable to Manual/Conventional Machinist. Comprehensive grasp of machining techniques, tools, and materials. Capability to interpret and manifest technical drawings and blueprints. Adeptness with precision instruments like calipers and micrometers. Exceptional problem-solving prowess and focused attention to detail. Effective communication skills within a collaborative setting. Desire to adopt and implement new technological methods.
