To learn more, visit .Job DescriptionThe Licensed Community Association Manager is responsible for providing the overall supervision of assignedcommunities. The successful Community Association Manager effectively interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members, as well as onsite staff, Client Shared Service Center (CSSC) and within the branch office.Responsibilities:Supervise the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with management agreement, Florida Statutes and the Association's policies and proceduresActs as or oversee the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as neededAttend Board meetings per the management agreement and community events as neededEnsure Board of Directors are aware of legal actions involving the AssociationMonitor corporate and client delinquency rates and collections process for account portfolioMaintain unit and contract files relating to the operations of the AssociationPrepare Board packages according to established time framesOther duties as assignedRequirementsRequirements:Valid Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) LicenseMinimum 1-3 years of experience managing HOA's/CondosProfessional customer service skillsExceptional communication skills both written and verbal with polished, professional and friendly demeanorKnowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associationsTime management and time critical prioritization skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
