Learn more at Position SummaryThe Global Brand Manager, Product Portfolio, leads key marketing and commercial initiatives for select products. This position creates: global product strategies, communications guidelines, claims and marketing assets for the select product portfolio. This Manager must collaborate with global partners and cross functional business partners to be successful as they dig into problems and research, ideate, bring definition, prototype concepts and new solutions. This Leader will deliver a suite of solutions to meet the needs of consumers and professionals with a clear value proposition that differentiates Johnson & Johnson Vision from the competition.This Manager partners closely with: Professional and Consumer Equity teams, Sales teams and global, regional and local partners. The goal of these partnerships is to increase presence of the products with Consumers, Eye Care Professionals, and Channel customers, and influence and team with global agencies, global strategic marketing, and regional marketing leads. Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with global agency partners, cross-functional partners, and Regional Brand Leads to deliver integrated communications plans and global assets.
  • Work closely with cross functional and regional team to build New Product Business Cases and evolve initiatives through the Stage Gate process, gathering stakeholder support and approval
  • Measure and assess marketplace business results (sales, consumption, market share, portfolio penetration, equity scores, NPS, etc.)
  • Actively assess ongoing marketplace trends and develop proactive strategies to maintain a competitive advantage and differentiate from the competition.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.QualificationsRequired Experience & Skills:
    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
    • Minimum of 6 years work experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Pharmaceuticals, and/or Medical Devices.
    • Prior experience managing creative and/or media agencies. Demonstrated ability to collaborate, generate consensus, and build relationships across internal and external partners.
    • Demonstrated track record of marketing leadership including advertising, new product and marketing plan development, along with classical marketing training.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and senior management to impact decision making.
    • Demonstrated ability to be agile and innovative in thinking and approach.
    • High motivation, self-confidence, and effectiveness at operating in an independent environment while balancing multiple priorities.
    • Prior experience working with Legal and Regulatory partners.
    • Demonstrated success in launching products.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actionable recommendations.
    • Up to 25% domestic and international travel.Preferred Experience & Skills:
      • MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
      • Prior experience in global marketing or local/regional brand management, including the development and/or implementation of brand guidelines.
      • Prior experience working with healthcare professionals.
      • Demonstrated track record of marketing leadership including integrated communications planning, advertising, new product launches, and/or business plan development.
      • Strong experience with market research/customer insights and business performance tracking across a global market landscape is strongly preferred.Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
