Description:The Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP) is a
seven-year Single Award ID/IQ contract for maintenance,
sustainment, operations, and support of Army Training Aids,
Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), Live-Fire Ranges, and
Instrumentation Systems. The ATMP portfolio includes -250,000 live,
virtual, constructive, and gaming TADSS located at 422 sites
The primary customer is PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. PEO STRI's
published vision for ATMP is integrated, one-stop, world-wide
maintenance and sustainment for Army Program of Record (POR)
Supports the needs of US Army Soldier Non-Systems (SNS) Training
functional Area in various locations around the world at the
Program Management Office located in Orlando, FL. Solider-Non
Systems encompasses sustainment activities for the suite of LB TESS
Aviation, Ground MILES, and Other Tactical Engagement Systems (TES)
utilized by the Army in their training. In addition, SNS sustains
Engagement Skills Trainer (ESTs) systems and Medical Simulation
Training Center (MSTC) worldwide. SNS maintains key training
devices allowing soldiers to establish foundational training skills
necessary to enhance their capabilities as they progress through
their careers and Military Occupational Specialties (MOS). The
candidate will manage and coordinate activities throughout the life
cycle of multiple projects to ensure defined performance,
customer/client needs, and training system requirements are met.
Directly Soldier Non-Systems Program Manager to ensure performance,
operations and corporate compliance requirements are met. Assists
with data collection and leads input for presentations, proposals,
contract submissions and performance reports.
--- Assists with management and performance of functional areas
that directly support the Soldier Non-System program.
--- Coordinates and communicates with Teammates to leverage
resources to meet operational needs for Task Orders and actively
--- Maintains communications with the customer, management and
staff to ensure service is delivered on time and within contractual
--- Assists with the delivery of projects/programs to meet client
and company expectations and needs. Assists with implementing
project/program improvements to meet established objectives.
--- Participates and develops new business and/or task order
--- Assists with operating budgets to include spending adherence to
budget plans, analysis and variances.
--- Assists with defining processes and coordinating resources to
meet customer needs. Investigates and resolves matters of
significance as appropriate.
--- Five or more years of advanced skills with Microsoft Office
suite experience that includes charts, graphs, power point, excel
formulas and data analysis.
--- Five or more years supporting project and program
--- Experience working with organizational and project management
methodology, project planning and project management software.
--- Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance preferred
--- Knowledge of Ground TES and MILES and other TES (Close Combat
Mission Capability (CCMCK), Counter Radio Electronic Warfare
Increment 2 (CREW 2), Crew Module Unit Recorder (CMUR), and
Improvised Explosive Device Effects Simulator (IEDES)) and
familiarity with other Army TADSS
--- Familiarity with Configuration Management, Obsolescence
Management, Supply Chain Management and identifying alternate
source of supply
--- Knowledge of Government Lost, Destroyed, and Damaged processes.
Knowledge of System Analysis Report (SAR) requirements.
--- Proficient experience scheduling and coordinating Contact Teams
that deploy to support MILES and Ground TES
--- Services-type program experience; Army contract experience
--- Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills for
interacting with and influencing team members, clients, thought
leaders, and globally recognized subject matter experts
--- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
--- Strong organization skills to balance and prioritize work
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
