Job Description:
Aza Health has two positions for our new location on the
Wilkinson Junior High School complex in Middleburg, FL.
$500 sign on incentive at time of hire.
This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm located
in Middleburg, FL.
The position will be responsible for both front-office and
back-office duties.
The position requires a current valid LPN license and a current BLS
certification.
POSITION SUMMARY
Performs specific functions in conjunction with health assessment
such as vital signs, weight, height, etc. This position reports to
the Center Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities. This
position will also be responsible for managing the patient
registration and referral process such as appointment setting,
cashiering, insurance verification, referral tracking and follow
up, etc. One of the primary responsibilities is delivering
excellent customer service and high-quality patient care.
