Locums - Oviedo, Florida, Radiology-Diagnostic/Light IR/Mammography JobClinical Role:

  • Length of Need: Ongoing
  • Shifts: Monday through Friday, 8a - 5p
  • Reason for need: Backfill
  • Daily DX Volume: 50 RVU
  • Daily IR Volume: 10 RVU
  • Percentage of Modality Split: Dx 60%, mammo 20%, IR 20%
  • Minimum Number of Shifts Per Month Per Candidate: 5
  • No Call
  • Weekend Required
  • Number of Beds: 86
  • EMR: Meditech
  • Support Staff: Tech
  • Required Procedures:
    • Stereotactic Biopsies
    • Breast US Biopsy
    • Wire Localization
    • Ductagram
    • Breast MRI
    • Breast US
    • Breast Tomosynthesis
    • Orientation Requirements: Scheduled through MSO; PACS training scheduled with PACS Administrator
    • Fellowship /Certification Requirements: Be Board Certified (as defined in this Policy) in their primary area of practice at the Hospital. Individuals who are not Board Certified at the time of Application but who have completed their residency or fellowship or other applicable training within the last seven years will be eligible for Medical Staff Membership or Clinical Privileges. However, in order to remain eligible, those individuals must achieve Board Certification in their primary area of practice within seven years from the date of completion of their residency, fellowship or other required training
    • Active FL License - Required
    • Voice Recognition and PACS: Dictation system fluency, PACS GE
