Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty License: Must hold an active RN license Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Experience and comfort with a 1:6 patient ratio. Experience with patients requiring PCU level of care. Availability to work mandatory shifts for the clinical orientation week. Available to float within the scope as required. Description: Candidates must have experience in a tele unit. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients with orthopedic and total joint replacements. A 1:6 patient ratio experience is required. Weekend shifts are required every other week. Float assignments are mandatory. Must be comfortable working with COVID-19 positive patients. Working on holidays may be required based on the assignment duration. Notice of schedule change must be acknowledged to retain guaranteed hours. Modules are required to be completed before the start date.
