Job Description Surgeons wanted on Florida’s East Coast! 4-day
week, no on-call, earn up to $500K in a growing, specialist-led,
privately-owned hospital group. Join a thriving and expanding,
privately-owned group of specialty hospitals along Florida’s East
Coast, with established locations in Daytona and Orange Park, and a
brand-new, state-of-the-art 15,000 sqft facility opening in
Jacksonville in the coming months. This group is committed to
excellence in specialty and emergency veterinary care, with current
services including Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Dermatology,
Ophthalmology, Neurology, and Oncology. The culture here is highly
collaborative, with a strong emphasis on team fit, mutual respect,
and clinical excellence. With low staff turnover and a record of
never losing anyone to a nearby competitor, you’ll be joining a
team of people who love their job! As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll
be joining a dedicated specialty team with a strong technician
support ratio (2–3 per DVM), no on-call duties, and a flexible
four-day work week (Monday through Thursday). You’ll have the
autonomy to shape your surgical caseload and collaborate closely
with internal medicine and critical care specialists to deliver
truly integrated patient care. The team is actively growing, so
your voice and expertise will be instrumental in shaping the
surgical services—particularly at the new Jacksonville site. Enjoy

Residency-trained or board-certified in surgery (ACVS or
