Orientation schedule of Mon-Friday Dayshift for first 2 weeks of
hire. Shift: Day Shift 6:45am-7:15pm with every other weekend
rotation. Location: AH Palm Coast HHA Hospice 150 Memorial Medical
Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32164 and AH Fish 1055 Saxon Blvd, Orange
City, FL 32763 (Covering both facilities but primarily Palm Coast)
- Other duties as assigned. - Maintains accurate and thorough
documentation per Medicare guidelines. - Collaborates with
healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care. -
Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participates in ongoing professional development and training.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS: Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of
NursingBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation
Quality Improvement, Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN)
- EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited
Issuing Body Pay Range: $31.53 - $52.24 This facility is an equal
