As we continue to add the most advanced, high technology scanners to our fleet, we are looking for amazing Ultrasound Technologists to join our team. Our Ultrasound Technologists autonomously performs high quality, advanced diagnostic ultrasound imaging required for tertiary care in outpatient and inpatient settings, including abdominal, vascular, abdominal vasculature, small parts, and OBGYN exams. Qualifications Graduate of an Accredited Sonography Program and /or ARDMS registered or registry eligible. One year of experience as a Sonographer preferred. Associate degree or above preferred ARDMS registered or registry eligible in the areas of abdomen, obstetrics/gynecology (OB/GYN) and vascular technology (RVT). ARDMS registered in Abdomen, Obgyn, and RVT within 18 months of Mayo employment. Each certification should be achieved every 6 months. Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of start date. Exemption Status Nonexempt Compensation Detail Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. Career and salary growth potential within a three-tier system (Tech Levels I, II, III) Benefits Eligible Yes Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 60 Schedule Details Schedule Options / FTEs: • 10-hour shifts (.75 FTE): Start times 6:30a-9a; orientation full-time for 6-7 months. • Weekend (.5 FTE): Saturday & Sunday 11a-9:30p; requires full-time weekday training for 4-6 months. Weekend Schedule •0.75 FTE - Every 3rd weekend (10-hour shifts, 8a-11a starts), assists w/occasional off-shift coverages, takes a week of backup call approx. once every 3-4 months, & 1-2 holidays/year. •.5 FTE - Sat/Sun 11a-9:30p, assists w/ 1-2 holidays/year & occasional weekday/off-shift coverage & backup call.
