Provide continuous feedback and support to students for clinical skill development. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care and student learning outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare trends, and educational methodologies. Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and professional development opportunities. Strong clinical skills with a comprehensive understanding of nursing procedures Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and inspire students Adept at curriculum development and assessment Familiarity with educational technology and teaching methodologies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred
