HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pre and Post Interventional Radiology team. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide top-tier care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures. This position demands a compassionate professional committed to delivering exceptional patient care before and after radiological interventions. Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures, including patient education and pre-procedure assessments. Monitor patient vital signs and condition before, during, and after procedures, adjusting care plans as needed. Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by the medical team. Collaborate with radiologists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and safety. Document patient care activities and outcomes for clinical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Adept in using medical software for patient care management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic team environment Proficient in emergency response and patient monitoring Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida BLS certification required from the American Heart Association ACLS certification preferred
