Anderson Cancer Center is hiring an Inpatient
Hematologist/Oncologist in Jacksonville, FL. In this role you will
be able to provide the continuity of highest-quality cancer care to
our hospitalized patients. The Onco-hospitalist Program Join the
collaborative team of oncologists and advanced practice provider
providing care to our hospitalized patients around the clock. Work
with a highly competent team of specialists from different clinical
disciplines and our palliative care team. Enjoy a variety of
complex and challenging clinical cases in your inpatient practice.
This includes new diagnoses, hematology/ oncology consultations,
and care of cancer patients receiving inpatient therapy. Impactful
career opportunities with a flexible schedule You will have the
flexibility of a 7d on / 7d off work schedule. You will be
encouraged to explore leadership opportunities within the Cancer
Center, encompassing roles in programmatic development, research,
and quality programs. You will be eligible for an adjunct academic
appointment at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center
in Houston. Requirements MD/DO Eligible or board-certified in
Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology with a record of clinical
achievement. Active or unrestricted medical license in Florida.
