and refugee care. Job Description The Licensed Clinical Social
Worker will provide psychotherapy, counselling, and support to
individuals and groups dealing with emotional, behavioral, and
social challenges at DOS/DOD facilities in Iraq. • Conduct
comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders
and emotional issues, using clinical interviews, observations, and
standardized assessment tools. • Provide evidence-based therapeutic
interventions tailored to clients' needs, including individual,
family, and group therapy. • Respond to and manage acute crises,
providing immediate support and intervention as needed. • Educate
clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options,
and resources available. • Collaborate with healthcare providers,
including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other
professionals, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment
plans. • Maintain accurate and confidential client records,
including treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with
ethical and legal standards. • Engage in community service and
outreach to promote awareness of mental health issues and available
services. • Completes required organizational compliance education,
including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for
Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or
other regulatory bodies. Qualifications Basic
Requirements/Certifications: Current, full, active, and
unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License. Certified in Basic
Life Support (BLS) 3 years’ recent experience - including at least
six months out of the past year. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Experience on a
military site working as a government subcontractor or prime
contractor is preferred. Education Required: Master's degree in
social work (MSW) from an accredited program. Physical
Requirements: Must meet pre-deployment physical requirements Work
involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time. May
require bending, stooping and lifting to 25 lbs. Other Special
Qualifications: US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.
Valid US Passport with at least 18 months before expiration date.
Must maintain a current passport during your stay in Iraq. Ability
to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance,
specifically a MRPT. Applicants with current clearances are
preferred. Must be able to relocate to Iraq for the duration of the
project. Must be able to read, write and speak English to
effectively communicate. Additional Information Pay range is based
on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of
medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer
will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience,
skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market
