Who This Role Is Perfect For This position is ideal for a Dental Assistant who: Has 1–2 years of experience (or recently graduated from assisting school) Wants to learn the “right way” to assist in a modern, high-tech office Thrives with structure, checklists, and clear expectations Is coachable, dependable, and takes pride in being prepared Enjoys working closely with doctors and patients Wants to grow into expanded functions and advanced clinical skills You do not need to know everything yet — we will train you.All new Dental Assistants complete structured training and a short competency review after two weeks to ensure comfort and clarity with our systems. Role Summary The Dental Assistant plays a key role in creating a smooth, positive patient experience while supporting the doctor chairside and learning how treatment is organized, presented, and scheduled.You will be trained in: Imaging and photography protocols Chairside assisting for all procedures Treatment note-taking and chart preparation Patient communication and education Infection control and operatory readiness Our digital systems (Twelve, Pearl AI, CBCT, photography, scanners) What You’ll Be Responsible ForClinical & Chairside Support Prepare operatories for all procedures Take x-rays, photos, scans, and assist with imaging Maintain sterile, stocked, and organized rooms Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Patient Experience Help guide patients through their visit from imaging to doctor handoff Confirm patient concerns and help them feel comfortable Learn how to identify urgency and support same-day care Learning Treatment Flow Assist with charting and understanding treatment plans Learn how treatment is phased and scheduled Support communication between clinical and front office teams Operational Support Help manage supplies and equipment care Track lab cases and assist with follow-ups Support the team wherever needed to keep the day flowing smoothly Requirements: Required Skills & Experience 1–2 years of Dental Assisting experience or recent graduate Comfortable taking x-rays (we will train you further) Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and follow structured systems Team player with strong work ethic Comfortable using technology Nice to Have (but not required) EFDA certification (or interest in pursuing it) Experience with digital scanners or photography Interest in implants, orthodontics, or advanced procedures What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Health, dental, vision, and benefits Weekly bonus opportunities PTO and paid holidays Structured training and coaching Clear growth path into expanded functions and advanced assisting A supportive, systems-driven environment where you will become highly skilled Why This Is a Great First or Second Job as a DA Most offices expect you to already know everything.
