Internist • Type of Position: Permanent Full Time • Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (8AM- 5PM) with 1 hour break and 1 hour admin time.
• Start Date: January 2026 • Facility Type: Clinic • Clinical
Setting: Outpatient • Patients Per day: Average of 16-21 per day •
Support Staff: Advanced practice providers and Medical Assistants •
Credentialing Time Frame: 30-45 days • Location: Jacksonville, FL •
Licensing Requirements: Active FL medical license or IMLC compact
licensure • Board Certification: American Board Certified or Board
Eligible preferred but not required • Willing to accept J1 or H1
visa candidates?: No • Compensation: Base Salary $260,000-265,000
annual bonus of 16.67% • Benefits Offered: Paid malpractice with

account, Medical, PTO (18-37 days annually) 401k and CME allowance
