Job Description Job Description Job Title: Cardiac Electrophysiology Technician (EP Tech) Location: Kissimmee, FL Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Schedule & Shift Details Shift: Days Hours: 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week On-Call: None Specific scheduling details will be provided by the hiring manager Compensation & Incentives Hourly Pay Range: $24.90/hr (Minimum) $29.50/hr (Midpoint – 10 years of experience) $33.59/hr (Maximum – 15 years of experience) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Facility Overview A 404-bed tertiary care, Level II Trauma Center in Central Florida is seeking a skilled Cardiac Electrophysiology Technician to join its Cath/EP Lab team. This teaching hospital is affiliated with an academic medical center and offers a broad spectrum of advanced cardiac, trauma, and specialty services, along with a freestanding emergency department serving the surrounding community. Position Summary The Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) Technician assists physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac arrhythmias and peripheral vascular conditions within a high-acuity Cath/EP Lab environment. This role supports complex cardiac procedures and requires strong technical expertise in electrophysiology and ablation technologies, along with a commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.
