Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of rehabilitation experts. This role involves assessing patient conditions, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapies aimed at helping patients regain their independence after serious illness or injury. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, skilled in physical rehabilitation, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Evaluate patient needs and establish effective treatment plans. Administer manual exercises, massage, and other methods to improve mobility. Utilize various equipment and technology to assist in patient rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and at-home therapy options. Maintain patient records and comply with all legal and ethical standards. Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices. Proficient in using physical therapy equipment and technology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle a diverse caseload and multitask effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice. CPR certification preferred.
