Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
to enhance service delivery. Implement evidence-based interventions
and maintain a high standard of clinical practice. Strong
interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. Ability to
handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Knowledge of
various therapeutic models and practices. Skills in crisis
intervention and conflict resolution. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Licensed
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification. Additional
certifications in specific therapeutic techniques preferred.
