This role is instrumental in providing expert therapeutic care, fostering patient progress, and upholding our mission to make mental health services accessible to all. Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for each patient Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health conditions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan treatment and coordinate care Maintain detailed records of patient sessions and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations Assist in the development of therapy and intervention programs to be utilized across the organization Engage in continuous education to remain current with industry standards and research Provide crisis intervention when required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to apply varied counseling modalities Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Ability to display empathy and discretion throughout the therapeutic process Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Professional Counselor License in the practicing state Certification from the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) preferred
