Job Description:

care, we are seeking a dedicated Renal Dialysis Tech to join our
team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating
dialysis machines used in the treatment of patients suffering from
kidney disorders. As a Renal Dialysis Tech, you will play a crucial
role in our integrated team, ensuring the highest standards of care
and supporting our mission of providing expert, whole-person care.
Operate and maintain dialysis machines to ensure proper functioning
and safety. Prepare patients for dialysis and monitor their status
throughout the treatment. Administrate dialysis treatment according
to the physician's orders and established protocols. Perform
routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and work area.
Record patient data and treatment details in medical records
accurately. Provide emotional support and education to patients and
their families about kidney health and dialysis treatment. Strong
technical skill in handling dialysis equipment. Excellent patient
care and monitoring abilities. Detailed knowledge of kidney disease
and the operation of dialysis related machinery. Ability to perform
tasks with precision and attention to detail. Strong communication
skills for interacting with patients and healthcare team. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Clinical
Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) preferred. BLS Certification
required.
