Job Description:
Lee Health, a prominent leader in Southwest Florida healthcare,
is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our LifePointe
Group (LPG) to address the mental and emotional well-being of our
patients. This position requires a dedicated individual who can
provide exceptional care tailored to each patient's unique
circumstances within our dynamic healthcare system. The ideal
candidate will have a profound commitment to enhancing patient
health, demonstrating expertise in various therapeutic techniques
and an ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary team. Conduct
patient assessments to determine mental health status and needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Provide
individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Document and
maintain patient records with strict confidentiality. Collaborate
with healthcare professionals to integrate mental health care.
Advocate for patient access to ongoing mental health services.
Engage in continuous education to remain current on best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise in
cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic techniques.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proficiency
in electronic health record systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed as a Mental
Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage
and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida. Certification
in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is preferred.
