Day shift/ flexibility required to meet campus's needs. LOCATION:
7727 Lake Underhill Rd. Orlando, FL 32822 Leads strategies based on
industry and organizational data to implement initiatives improving
nursing care delivery. Provides leadership in developing programs
to support career pathways for team members within the nursing
workforce pipeline. Collaborates with academic and community
organizations to create experiential learning opportunities for
students and prospective allied health and nursing employees.
Conducts periodic assessments and evaluations of innovative nursing
programs, implementing changes as necessary. Works with leaders and
stakeholders to identify, implement, and evaluate processes that
drive exceptional clinical outcomes through nursing workforce
innovation. Education: • Associate's of Nursing [Required] •
Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] • Master's [Preferred] Work
Experience: • 5 as a staff nurse in an acute care setting
[Required] Licenses and Certifications: • Registered Nurse (RN)
[Required] • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] Pay
Range: $70,682.60 - $131,480.21 This facility is an equal
