Job Description:
Join HCA Florida North Florida Hospital as a full-time Day Shift
RN in our Progressive Care Unit (CPCU) to deliver high-quality,
patient-centered care. Our state-of-the-art healthcare facility
specializes in treating critically ill patients who require complex
assessments and therapies. You will work closely with a team of
dedicated healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
using advanced surgical and medical interventions. Provide direct
and individualized nursing care to patients based on the
application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and
communicate patient condition as appropriate using computerized
documentation systems. Administer medications, monitor vital signs,
and initiate corrective actions in response to identified issues.
Assist in surgery preparation and recovery, and collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care plans. Educate patients and families on disease
processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of
therapeutic regimens, including medication management. Strong
clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to work effectively
in a high-pressure environment Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Proficiency with electronic health records
(EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of
Florida BLS certified ACLS certification recommended
