HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the respiratory therapy department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of respiratory care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate healthcare professional who is committed to enhancing patient outcomes through effective supervision and team management. Oversee the daily operations of the respiratory therapy department. Supervise a team of respiratory therapists and support staff to ensure quality patient care. Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans. Manage departmental staffing, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain accurate records of all respiratory therapy services. Ensure all departmental equipment is operational and up to industry standards. In-depth knowledge of respiratory care practices and procedures. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in healthcare management software.
