Job Description:
At HCA Healthcare, we seek a dedicated RN Coordinator for ED
Flow Throughput to optimize the flow and enhance the quality of
patient care in our emergency departments. This role is pivotal in
implementing effective patient flow strategies, coordinating with
medical staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
The RN Coordinator will be a cornerstone in achieving our mission
to improve human life by streamlining and enhancing the emergency
care process. Monitor patient flow through the emergency department
and identify bottlenecks or delays. Collaborate with medical and
administrative staff to implement effective throughput strategies.
Ensure all patient care activities comply with regulatory
standards. Analyze performance data to recommend and implement
improvements in patient throughput. Provide training and support to
staff on new processes related to emergency department flow. Strong
organizational and leadership skills Ability to analyze data and
implement process improvements Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Crisis management and problem-solving
abilities Proficient in healthcare information systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification in Pediatric Advanced
Life Support (PALS) is preferred
