great clinical work. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing
clinic-based team in Lake Mary, FL. In this full-time,
Monday–Friday role, you will conduct functional behavior
assessments, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment
plans, and provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior
Technicians (RBTs). You will partner closely with families and
caregivers to support meaningful progress and generalization of

package Requirements: What You’ll Do Conduct FBAs, skills
assessments, and preference assessments Develop and oversee
individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs in 1:1
therapy delivery Provide parent and caregiver training and support
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team
members Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation What You
Bring Active BCBA certification (required) Active Florida Medicaid
Provider ID Clinic-based experience with children (Age 1-5) with
autism (preferred) Working knowledge of Central Reach (preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice Physical &
Environmental Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend,
kneel, stoop, and engage in physical play for extended periods up
to 6-8 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety.
