Job Description:
One of the top10insurance intermediaries in the United States is
looking for Call Center Loss Drafts team members in Daytona. If you
are customer-focused, willing to listen, and understand needs of
customers this is the opportunity for you! As a Loss draft
associate, you will be answering questions pertaining to mortgage
claims. You will handle roughly 25 calls per shift, research
through the claim tool to be able to assist the customer and
provide accurate information. This is a true contract to hire
role.Bilingual Candidates start at $17Hr Benefits:

qualities will be a great fit:
- 1 to 2 years of Call Center Experience (preferably in
escalations, claims, or insurance) - will consider retail customer
service as well.
- Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating
software systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing speed at least 35 WPM Successful Candidates:Have come
from industries such as insurance, mortgage,or auto claims, this is
an entry level opportunity.Training & Onboarding:To get started,
you will commit to 3 weeks fully onsite 8:00am-5:00pm M-FAfter
training. Work hours anywhere starting at 8:00 am - to a start of
