Job Description:
Aston Carter has Hybrid Customer Service Job Opportunities in
Daytona Beach Call Center Experience in mortgage or insurance
setting =$1 increaseBilingual Spanish speaking = $2 increase2 days
in office 3 days remoteNo weekendsResponsibilities: -Customer
service reps handle about50-80 inbound calls per day pertaining to
mortgages. -Process payments, insurance documents and other items.
- Receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial
institutions. -Must be able to multi-task between various systems
to research and document calls. -Update system notes to reflect
first call resolution as necessary. Qualifications: -6+ months of
customer service experience. - Retail is sufficient -Efficient in
using a windows PC computer -Typing: at least 35 WPM -Good verbal
and written communication skills -Internet connection -Reliable
transportation Training: 11 business days fully on-site in Daytona
Beach from 9:30am to 6pm. After training, the schedule will be
11:30am to 8pm, Monday- Friday. 2 days in office 3 days remote.
