Job Description Job Description The Jacksonville Office of Brennan Manna Diamond is seeking to hire an associate attorney with 3 years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong courtroom and case management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle all phases of litigation through trial and appeal. - Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and other legal documents. - Conduct depositions, hearings, meditations and trials. - Develop and implement case strategy in collaboration with partners and clients - Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and firm expectations. Qualifications: - Juris Doctor - Active Bar Membership - 3-5 years of litigation experience (civil/commercial, etc.) - Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
