Human Resource Generalist Job Description: CRG is searching for an Human Resource Generalist for a consumer health and wellness company in Palm Coast, FL. This innovative, fast growing, employee-oriented company offers an excellent culture, 100% medical benefit coverage, and the opportunity to make an immediate and big impact on the company's success.Location: Palm Coast, FL (onsite) Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pmCompensation: $70,000 - 80,000 Summary:* Communicate with the Director of Human Resources on a regular basis to understand strategic business objectives, organizational design, organization goals, and to update on current and future activity* Work to perform full cycle recruitment and on-boarding of new employees into the organization* Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations* Partner with manager to provide expertise and one-on-one employee support in the following areas: performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, management coaching, and learning and development* Oversee, coordinate and/or implement training to management in the areas of safety, leadership, FMLA, ADA, discipline, benefits and other topics as needed* Collect and analyze HR data and make recommendations for change management, inputting accurate data into HRIS system* Manage day to day employee issues in accordance with company policies and procedures* Ensure employees understanding of benefits programs, by regularly generating communication and counseling employees/dependents as situations arise* Keep company organizational chart updated, audit monthly benefit invoices, and manage annual open enrollment period* Assist with 401K administration and compliance testingQualifications:* Bachelor degree in human resource, or related discipline, required* 3-5 years of experience handling multi-state HR work alongside a progressive HR team, required* SHRM-CP or PHR certification, preferred* Working knowledge of 401K, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and related state and federal regulations, requiredCategory Code: JN007#zr
