Sign-on bonuses Location: Palm Coast, FLHealthCare Recruiter International is currently hiring a Level 1 or Level 2 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as well as a BCaBA for our group home organization in Palm Coast, FL. We are seeking experienced leaders who enjoy making a positive impact where they work and in the lives of the clients they serve. Our ideal candidate will have: Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA will need a Master's degree (BCBA) or bachelor's degree (BCaBA). Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA will need a Significant experience in the field of behavior analysis working with clients with intellectual disabilities, autism and/or other developmental disabilities in children and adults. Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA will need Experience developing and implementing behavior plans for, and analyzing and graphing data for, behavioral clients in a residential setting (Intensive Behavior clients preferred) Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA will need Experience conducting new client assessments and initial treatment planning Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA will need Strong leadership qualities, experience successfully supervising a team (for Level 1 candidates) Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA will need Effective communication skills - to communicate clearly with team members, medical professionals, community partners, those we serve, and their families Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA will need The ability to author clear, detailed reports using clinically professional language with proper grammar, structure, and syntax Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA will need The ability to consistently meet deadlines and submit time sensitive materials Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA will need Experience in training and developing staff, as well as interacting with families of clients Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA will need Knowledge of state and federal regulations as it relates to Behavior Analysis services funded by Medicaid and regulated by Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD); billing experience preferred Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA will need Acceptable local, state and national (FBI) Level II background clearance Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCaBA Compensation : Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunity for bonuses Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance 401(k) plan Relocation assistance available Generous Paid time off and a flexible schedule Professional Liability Insurance Annual Board Certification and Continuing Education fees True positive team environment with other analysts and Directors Professional development assistance
