Job Description:

We are Allen Benefits LLC - a growing company in Volusia & Flagler
counties, working with business owners to develop their employee
benefit packages.... And we are recruiting qualified individuals to
join us!
This person is responsible for building and maintaining
relationships with business owners by offering benefit
communication, enrollment services, and financial protection
benefits at the worksite. You will NOT be selling insurance to
employees. Our Benefit Counseling team takes care of that
process.
Responsibilities include:
Prospecting, Decision Maker Presentations, Account Management,
Group Meetings, Enrollment Solutions
Sales experience a plus, but not required. Extensive training
program provided. Great team culture, bonuses and trips!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Commision + Bonuses + Renewals
