Req ID: 404 Job Title: SME - TECH/OPERATOR III (CH-47F) Location: Jacksonville, FL, US 32201 Job Type: Full-Time Education: High School Diploma / GED Travel: Up to 10% Security Clearance Required: None Job Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Capable with networked computers (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, database, and desktop publishing applications), scanners, printers, copiers, email and internet browsers, FAX machines, and other required audio/visual equipment.Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills for training development.Able to work in a team concept to accomplish common goals.Must be able to interact with military and other government personnel using the appropriate dialect and affording the proper courtesies while observing the correct customs.Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsMust have the aptitude to learn additional computer skills for the development of training solutions quickly.Experience using Microsoft Office software tools.If working in courseware development, must be familiar with the prescribed processes required for ILT, ICW, and other CBT development.Possess interpersonal skills to accept assignments and communicate technical concepts in layman's terms.Ability to analyze and interpret instructions and standards.Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance and pass background checks to obtain a base access pass to military installations and contractor facilities as required by the contract. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent.Fifteen (15) years of experience directly related to the area of expertise in the maintenance or operation of systems and subsystems for projects assigned.Additional qualifications or experience as required by the contract position.Successful completion of an approved Military Instructor Training Program is desired but not required. A strong background in Army CH-47F aviation maintenance is required. Five years of experience with courseware development required.Familiarity with the Unreal Gaming engine is preferred.
