Job Description Maintenance TechnicianDAILY PAY OPTION AVAILABLE
Bridgeview Center 350 S. Ridgewood Street Ormond Beach, FL 32174
Shift: Full Time Responsibilities: Provides repair of the center,
grounds and facilities Basic knowledge of electrical, painting,
patching, plumbing and carpentry On Call rotation every other week
Takes care of tools and equipment Works closely with and follows
directions from the Maintenance Director/Supervisor Basic knowledge
of testing of Generators and Life Safety Systems
Requirements/Qualifications: Previous facilities maintenance
experience preferred Valid drivers license Able to pass a
background check Location: Ormond Beach, FL
