North-East Florida. The Field Manager will help mentor and grow our

Schedule -Electrical Field Manager Responsibilities:
5 - 10 years of experience as a
Residential Electrician requiredPrevious supervisory/management
experience preferredDevelop and maintain a first-rate training
program for apprentices, and technicians.Ensure technicians are
always following service system procedures and that we are always
putting the best technicians that we can on the road. Verify that
these technicians are adhering to company procedures, are utilizing
proper safety procedures and equipment, are working efficiently,
and are maximizing each sales ticket without selling unnecessary
materials or services.NexTech Training Program - Create and
maintain a robust, formal training programCreate a list of classes
with a course summary for each. The summary should include required
"take-aways" for each class.Continuous Improvement for Current
Technicians - Create and maintain a detailed account of each
technicians' strengths, areas that need improvement, and training
required. Then set a formal training plan for each technician and
update the plan as appropriate.Grow our technicians - Create and
maintain a list of essential skills required to be a technician.
Apply this list to each current and future apprentice. Then work to
complete this list for each apprentice as soon as possible.Provide
in the field training for areas of weaknesses for each
technician.Ensure adherence to company proceduresEnsure field
employee compliance with the Company handbook, rules, and
procedures.Vehicles need to be inspected and cleaned weekly. Ensure
each one is properly stocked with essential items.Bring violations
to the attention of the Service Manager so that corrective action
is taken.Have a clear understanding and working knowledge of all
safety procedures and equipment that are relevant to our
work.Ensure that field employees have a clear understanding of the
safety procedures and equipment that are required for each task
that they will be asked to perform.Ensure that the proper safety
training of field employees is completed and maintained.Understand
sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue
goals.Ensure technicians are following all service system
procedures and providing at least (3) options on all service
calls.Cut down on the number of callbacks.Follow up on failed
inspections with the technician that completed the job.Assist in
warranty calls, providing training to stop future
occurrences.Complete weekly 1-on-1 with each technician providing
necessary constructive feedback on their total sales, billing
efficiency, and service system procedures. -Here is what we are
