Responsibilities:
Position Summary: - -Responsibilities: Essential DutiesDevelops and
implements processes and procedures meant to improve quality
throughout the organization.Performs inspections of finished or
in-process goods, analyzes data and identifies trends in defects or
errors.Investigates quality failures and recommends changes to
internal procedures to prevent future quality issues.Assesses and
reports on the impact of process changes on quality.May be
responsible for monitoring vendors or suppliers for compliance with
established or contracted quality standards.Preferred
skills:Analytical and/or Microbiological background and lab
experienceWorking knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity
requirementsWorking knowledge of SAP -The job function listed is
not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as
assigned by the Supervisor from time to time. -Expertise: Knowledge
& SkillsWorks under general supervision. Relies on experience and
judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically
assist in orienting, training, assigning & checking the work of
other peers.Requires basic knowledge of relevant business practices
and procedures in professional field. Uses standard theories,
principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of
action.Some degree of judgment required in resolving problems based
on experience.Contacts are primarily with department supervisors,
leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external

Expertise: Qualifications -
Experience/Training/Education/EtcRequired:Bachelor's degree
required or equivalent combination of education and
experience.02-04 years related experience required.Occasional
business travel required, Ability to work non-standard schedule as

performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is
required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and
