actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Fleet Fulfillment
Services Salesperson to join our growing team in Sanford, FL. This
pivotal sales role is responsible for driving new business by
promoting our comprehensive fleet management and fulfillment
solutions to commercial clients throughout the region. Company
Overview Disruptor Manufacturing is a spraying equipment
manufacturing company that does fleet fulfillment for pest control,
pressure washing, soft washing, and other home services. We are a
full fabrication press-form shop, laser cutting aluminum, and CNC
routing plastics to create our various products. We are a small
family-owned business with less than 30 employees. Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients in need of fleet
management, logistics, and fulfillment services (e.g., vehicle
acquisition, upfitting, maintenance coordination, delivery
services). Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
relationships through a consultative sales approach. Conduct
thorough needs assessments and present customized service packages
that address client challenges and optimize their fleet operations.
Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve or exceed
assigned sales targets and quotas. Collaborate with the operations
and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all sales
activities, contacts, and opportunities within the company's CRM
system (e.g., Salesforce). Stay informed about industry trends,
market activities, and competitors to effectively position our
services. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: A minimum
of 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven
track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Industry
Knowledge: Previous sales experience in fleet management,
logistics, automotive services, or a related B2B service industry
is highly preferred. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing
skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both
written and verbal. Proficiency in using CRM software and the
standard Microsoft Office suite. Personal Attributes: Highly
motivated, self-starting, and results-oriented with a strong work
ethic. Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple
accounts simultaneously. A valid driver's license and a clean
driving record are required for client travel. Compensation &
