The Role As the "face of the brand," you will engage shoppers, demonstrate cutting-edge Fiber and Wireless services, and turn casual interest into new subscribers. Engage: Greet shoppers and spark interest in Spectrum/Frontier services. Demonstrate: Showcase tech solutions and manage in-store giveaways. Close: Use our tablet-based app to sign up new customers on the spot. Maintain: Build professional relationships with Walmart store leadership. What We Offer Earnings: 1st-year OTE of $65K–$75K (Uncapped). Growth: Leadership opportunities after 90 days. Pay: Weekly direct deposit 1099 tax benefits. The Profile Outgoing: You can build instant rapport with anyone. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using apps and tablets. Reliable: Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
