JOB DESCRIPTION: Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network Answer internet leads within the store’s required time and email product information with pricing Reach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leads Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for clients Confirm appointments Test drives, vehicle walk-arounds, close deals JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience REQUIRED Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver's license We maintain a drug-free workplace so all candidates must pass a drug test Motivation to be Successful Great Customer Service Skills Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships Strong Computer & Phone Skills Video production and/or social media skills Maintain Professional Business Attire and Appearance Team Player BENEFITS: Compensation - Commission Based.
