Meet with customers in person or remotely to provide detailed, customized proposals based on their needs. Ensure the brand has a local presence through tactics such as lawn signs, door hangers, home shows, and other community events. Participation in Regional or National On-Going Training Conferences/ Meetings. Provide support to the production team and crews & marketing initiatives Complete administrative items needed to set up the crew and team for success on every project Strong work ethic Problem solving skills Previous sales and/or service industry experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits & Compensation Uncapped earning potential with salary plus commission structure Performance-based bonuses. 90% of your leads are provided to you, not self-generated (they're also pre-qualified) - no cold calling or door-knocking Company car gas expenses Focus on skill and personal development Business phone & Tablet Excellent training and resources provided Compensation: $60,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
