Compensation: $65,000 - $105,000 Responsibilities: Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Prospect for new leads to promote new business Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Oversee the entire sales process from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless transaction for clients. Leverage your local market knowledge to guide clients through their home search and provide valuable insights about communities. Actively prospect and develop new leads to grow your career within the specific geographies we serve. Deliver top-tier service by building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for repeat and referral business. Stay in consistent contact with leads to nurture opportunities and convert them into successful sales. Qualifications: Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Show good organizational and time management skills Great communication and social skills Past sales experience is preferred Technology driven A proven record of sales experience is preferred but not required—what matters most is your drive and determination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively. Tech-savvy and proficient in using modern tools and platforms. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
